Fr. Justin Arockiasamy, SVD

Father Justin was born in a tiny village in India. He is oldest of the three siblings. He joined the Seminary in 1992 after 10th grade at age of 15. He made his first vows in January 2000 and final vows in January 2006. Father Justin was ordained a priest on May 7, 2007 and came to the United States on October 22, 2007. He assisted at St. Rose de Lima Parish, Bay St. Louis, MS for about six Months where he was also learning and getting himself immersed in the African American Culture and History.

He served as an Associate Pastor at Notre Dame Church, St. Martinville, LA from July 2008 to June 2011, and as Pastor at Holy Family and St. Ann Church, Lawtell & Mallet, LA from July 2011 to June 2015.
